Building and Maintaining Highly Engaged Teams
○ At engage4performance we specialise in training leaders how to build and maintain highly engaged teams. Our training programs draw heavily on the theories and skills that underpin our E=MC2 signature consulting program. The primary focus is teaching leaders to ignite curiosity in their teams whilst engendering a culture where people have the courage to challenge, to ask and to voice their curiosity driven thoughts.
○ The program also includes extensive exploration of robust evidence of the power of engagement to drive superior business performance. Our objective is to ensure every attendee quickly gains a deep appreciation of the importance of successfully building and maintaining high employee engagement.

○ As always we heavily utilise practical interactive exercises to reinforce learnings and quickly build confidence in new habits.
○ Our Advanced Influencing for Senior Leaders is designed as a 2 day intensive program which can be implemented as a single block, or broken into 2 or 4 smaller components.

How to be a Curious Leader
○ At engage4performance we are deeply convinced that Curiosity is an extraordinarily powerful tool for leaders. Yet whilst curiosity is innate in humans, leaders often struggle with how to best utilise their curiosity within their leadership skills repertoire.
○ In this highly experiential program, we help leaders explore their own curiosity , identifying curiosity enabling behaviours that resonate with core leaderships traits such as vulnerability and authenticity. Through a series of practical exercises these behaviours are then practiced with a view to creating new habits and the confidence to utilise them in the workplace.
○ Leaders completing this course will display a refreshed attitude toward multiple commonplace scenarios in their business life, enjoying their newfound confidence in displaying their own curiosity and thereby role modelling curiosity based behaviours which will quickly flourish in their teams.
